Jonathan (Jon) Nourse, owner/operator of the Nourse Farm business, changed enterprises from dairy farm to a retail and Pick Your Own fruit farm back in the 1970’s, and developed the retail business, jam and jelly product line, and cropping, which now includes 15 acres of berries, 25 acres of corn, heirloom tomatoes and vegetables, and a new peach orchard planted in Spring 2009.

Throughout the years, Jon's family has also worked on the Nourse Farm. Jon’s wife, Marsha, assists with farmers’ markets in the summer as well as new product development. Daughters Rachael and Samantha contribute in various ways, including helping manage the farm store during the summer months.

Tim and Catherine Nourse are the owner-operators of Olde Nourse Farm Gourmet, the exclusive on-line retailers of Nourse Farm jams and jellies. Launched in 2007, Olde Nourse Farm Gourmet expands Nourse Farm operations into the on-line community. Tim and Catherine’s son, Noah Nourse, at 2.5 years the youngest Nourse to be involved in the farm, is the official “jam taster”, doing his best to provide quality feedback regarding raspberries, blueberries, strawberries and their flavor in all of the Nourse Farm jams and jellies. Tim’s sister Karen Nourse and her husband Zachary Bennett have also contributed by supplying most of the photos for the website, while cousin Alex Gross has contributed to the history page.
