Shipping Policies
Olde Nourse Farm Gourmet orders are processed daily during normal business days and shipped directly to you from the Farm Store in Westborough, Massachusetts. Orders are shipped using USPS (United States Postal Service) Priority Mail or Parcel Post, except for rush orders which can be sent by UPS Second Day or Next Day Air. There is a reduced shipping cost for orders of $50 or more. See below for additional details.
Shipping Options. We offer the following shipping options to our customers:
-United States Postal Service (USPS) PRIORITY (2-5 Business Days)
-UPS SECOND DAY AIR (2 Business Days)
-UPS NEXT DAY AIR (1 Business Day)

with special options for Saturday Delivery and Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
Shipping Rates.
Our shipping rates depend on the total weight and destination and are determined by current UPS or USPS rates. In general, the more products you purchase the less expensive the shipping per pound. There is delivery confirmation and insurance on every package regardless of weight or carrier.
Once your order is shipped, you are sent the package tracking number and your credit card is charged. Each package contains an invoice, except for gift packages.
For orders of $50 or more, shipping will be provided at a reduced rate of $10 per order by USPS parcel post (a savings of $6 - $15). This reduction is automatically included in the shipping price at checkout.
Shipping Locations.
Olde Nourse Farm Gourmet currently does not ship outside of the US.
Multiple Addresses.
Each shipping address is treated as a separate order on our system, so orders going to several addresses should be entered as individual orders. To do so, complete your order for the first address, then return to the home page and complete a new order for your next address.

Return Policy
Olde Nourse Farm Gourmet guarantees its products. If your order arrives damaged or the taste does not meet your satisfaction, notify Olde Nourse Farm Gourmet at nourse@oldenoursefarmgourmet.com and we will reimburse you for the price of the purchased products or send replacement product(s) if desired.

Your subsequent purchases from Olde Nourse Farm Gourmet - If you have purchased product from Olde Nourse Farm Gourmet before, unless you edit your membership account profile or notify us, your subscription status will remain unchanged.
When you send a gift and want it sent directly to the recipient, you will need to submit the recipient's name and postal address. We use this information to ship the product and confirm delivery. Information you provide us to create a gift message is only used for that purpose, and it is only disclosed to the person receiving the gift.
